Lenus expands to Canada: Opens the doors to its 12th office globally
With successful entries in Spain, the Netherlands, Finland and Norway throughout the past year, Lenus now expands its global presence even further. Today, the Danish health tech company opens its first office in downtown Toronto, bringing its holistic health coaching to Canada - making the office its 12th around the world.
“With our ambition to be the world’s leading player in holistic health, we want to be present with offices in selected countries across the globe. The enthusiasm we experience from the American market has resulted in a large interest from Canadians to make use of affordable personal coaching. We’re excited to play a role in shaping a healthier and happier lifestyle for the Canadian population,” says Bertram Thorslund, CEO of Lenus.
With a mission to support positive lifestyle changes and contribute to improving public health, Lenus’ innovative all-in-one software platform aims at building a new generation of health coaches, who can help people live a healthier, better, and longer life.
With a 38 million people population, Canada has an obesity rate of close to 28 percent of the adults.
“Building on our achievements in the US, expanding into Canada is a natural progression for us. We already have top coaches ready for the opening, and we are excited to welcome even more in the time to come,” says Matt Pegg, General Manager for Expansion Markets.
With Canada as the newest addition, Lenus now has 12 offices across the world: New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Hamburg, Madrid, Amsterdam, London, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm as well as the headquarters in Copenhagen.
